Delivery Information

All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. If you make a purchase before 12 pm (noon) Monday to Friday, we'll aim to dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent out the next working day. While we strive to process all orders placed before noon on the same day (Monday to Friday), high order volumes during holidays, events, and weekends may occasionally cause delays.

Delivery Services for Your Vape Orders

UK Mainland

All deliveries to the UK mainland are handled by Royal Mail. Here are the delivery options available at checkout:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: Up to 3 working days for delivery.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: Up to 5 working days for delivery.
• Free Delivery | Tracked 48: Free for orders over £50. Up to 5 working days for delivery.

Important Information:

• We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Monday bank holidays.
• Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands will also be sent via Royal Mail.
• Notes added at checkout regarding delivery requests Can Not be passed on to delivery drivers; these notes are for our internal use only.
• If your order hasn't arrived within the specified time frame for your chosen delivery method, please contact us within 10 days of dispatch so we can investigate.
• Certain items are not eligible for free delivery and will not show the free delivery option at checkout.
• For any discrepancies with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
