This document serves as a comprehensive guide to the warranties supplied by Hulme Vapes (UK) Ltd for each product group, and the returns policy. Please be advised that this notice does not affect your statutory rights.

Our warranty and returns policy must be read in conjunction with our titled “Notice for Customers: RE: UK laws and regulation of vapes and e-cigarettes, precautions customers must take when using our products, and the measures we have taken to ensure the safety of our customers”. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with this document to ensure they are using our products safely and in accordance with the law.


1. Batteries, Chargers, Wall Plug Adaptors, and Variable Voltage Mods

These items come with a 28-day guarantee and a life expectancy of 3-6 months. The warranty covers any manufacturer defects and includes repairs or replacements if the product is faulty or beyond repair. Hulme Vape Store reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if we determine that the customer has damaged the product in any way.

2. Mechanical Mods

All mechanical mods come with a 28-day manufacturer’s guarantee. Please note that mechanical mods are for experienced users only. Hulme Vapes accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by the incorrect assembly of any mechanical mod. Incorrect building of mechanical mods can cause personal injury and/or damage to your equipment. As such, Hulme Vapes can accept no responsibility for any damage or potential injury caused. Please handle this group of mods with care.

3. E-Liquids and Drip Tips

Unfortunately, Hulme Vapes does not provide a warranty on these items for hygiene and health and safety reasons, unless we determine that the item received is incorrect, or if there are any other extenuating circumstances. Incorrect e-liquid items must be returned in the original packaging, untampered and unopened.

4. Atomisers & Coils

These items come with a ‘dead on arrival’ warranty. Customers must contact Hulme Vapes within 24 hours of receiving their order for the warranty to be applicable. Please note that this also applies to multi-buys.

5. Disposable Vapes

Disposable vapes have zero manufacturing warranty and therefore come with a “dead on arrival” warranty. The faulty disposable vape needs to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If 48 hours have passed and you then contact us after this period, we cannot offer a refund or return. Please note that this also applies to multi-buys and sale items.

6. Accessories

All vaping accessories are supplied with a full 28-day manufacturer’s warranty.

7. General Information

Scratches and discolouration from regular use are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.


8. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are properly using and maintaining the product to avoid voiding the warranty. This includes following the instructions provided with the product and using it safely and appropriately.

9. Claiming Warranty

To claim a warranty, customers must contact us via email at We will require the customer to provide proof of purchase and details of the issue with the product. We reserve the right to request that the product be returned to us for inspection, and if necessary, repair or replacement.


1. General Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact us first to discuss the matter. Our returns policy lasts for 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain the product serial numbers, and we cannot accept any products back without this.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and health & safety reasons, including opened e-liquids, drip tips (mouthpieces), opened coils, and atomisers or vaping kits which have been filled with liquid or used.

There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any product otherwise working but with obvious signs of use or wear and tear; any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within seven working days of returning your items, please contact us first to check they have been received back. If they have and we’ve processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank or company but please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. 3. Sale or clearance items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Regardless, we recommend you use at least a signed for service.
