Warranty by product type

Warranty coverage varies by product category. Find your product type below to understand what’s covered.

Batteries, Chargers & Mods

28-day guarantee. Covers manufacturer defects, repairs, or replacements if faulty. Life expectancy of 3–6 months. Hulme Vapes reserves the right to refuse a refund if customer damage is determined.

Mechanical Mods

28-day manufacturer’s guarantee. For experienced users only. We accept no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect assembly or improper building, which can cause personal injury and equipment damage.

E-Liquids & Drip Tips

No warranty for hygiene and health & safety reasons. Exception: items received incorrectly or in extenuating circumstances. Incorrect items must be returned unopened in original packaging.

Atomisers & Coils

Dead on arrival (DOA) warranty only. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Applies to multi-buy orders as well.

Prefilled Pod Kits & Refill Pods

DOA warranty only. Report faulty items within 48 hours of delivery. No refund or return can be offered after 48 hours. Applies to multi-buys and sale items.

Accessories

Full 28-day manufacturer’s warranty. Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Scratches and discolouration from normal use are considered standard wear and tear and are not covered.

How to make a warranty claim

Always contact us before sending anything back. We’ll guide you through the process and issue a returns authorisation reference.

Contact Us

Email [email protected] with your proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We may ask for photos or a short video to assess the issue.

Get Authorised

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a returns authorisation reference. Do not send items back without this reference.

Return the Item

Send the product to Hulme Vapes, 3a Hulme High Street, Manchester, M15 5JR. Include your name, order number, and authorisation reference inside the package.

Resolution

We inspect returned items and will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the fault is confirmed as a manufacturer defect.

Returns Policy

28-day returns

You may return most items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition with original packaging and serial number sleeve intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health & safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: opened e-liquids, drip tips & mouthpieces, opened coils, used atomisers, and any vaping kit that has been filled with liquid or used.

Eligible Returns

Unused items in original condition with packaging and serial numbers. Must be within 28 days of purchase. Return postage paid by customer.

Partial Refunds

Items with obvious signs of use, missing parts (not our error), or returned more than 30 days after delivery may be eligible for a partial refund only.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or received incorrectly.

Always include your name, order number, and authorisation reference inside the package. For orders over £50, we strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days of us confirming receipt of your return, follow these steps.

Contact us at [email protected] to confirm the item was received and the refund was processed on our end.

Check with your card issuer

If we confirm the refund has been processed, contact your bank or card issuer. Processing times vary and it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
