CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TIMETABLE 2021

It’s that time of year again when everyone is ordering gifts online and getting them delivered straight to their address. As each year passes we know that courier services are the busiest at this period of the year so we have tried to make a realistic timetable of when the parcels will arrive when you order from us during the Christmas holidays. We work with Royal Mail using their 1st Class and 2nd class service, we have paused the Special delivery service until after the New Year.

Here are the various delivery services we use to get your Vape orders straight to your door. 

We aim operate a same day dispatch service on all orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 Friday are shipped out on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

UK Mainland

All orders to the UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail.

Usually next day but not guaranteed, please allow 3 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.

Usually two working days but allow up to 7 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm – (Orders on Mon – Thurs 12pm Cut Off)
Usually next day before 1pm but not guaranteed, please allow 3 working days. Deliveries made Tuesday to Friday. A fully tracked service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery on Saturday – (Orders on Friday 12pm Cut Off)
Order placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered on Saturday. A fully tracked service.

Free Delivery | slow dispatch time (tracked)
This option is available when you spend over £30+. Dispatching time will be around 1/3 working days, postage time will take upto 7 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the item to arrive. Deliveries made Monday to Friday. A fully tracked service.

We are working hard to bring you a cheaper and faster postage service. 

Important:

For guaranteed delivery on Saturday, the order must be completed before 12:00 on Friday and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm Saturday chosen. 

We do not offer delivery for Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Orders to Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.

Notes made at the checkout concerning delivery requests can’t be relayed and won’t be seen by the delivery drivers. This order notes facility is just to let us know of anything specific to do with your order.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time frame shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries notified to us after 10 working days.
