Place your order before noon on any working day and it will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked.

Choose your delivery speed

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — typically arrives next day, allow up to 72 hours.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — usually 48 hours, allow up to 5 working days during peak periods.

Friday orders & Bank Holidays

Orders placed after 12pm Noon on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. No dispatches on Bank Holidays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We offer two Royal Mail options. Tracked 24 typically arrives within 24 hours (allow up to 72 hours). Tracked 48 usually delivers within 48 hours (allow up to 5 working days during busy periods). Every parcel is securely packed and dispatched promptly.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a Royal Mail tracking number by email and text message. Use this number on the Royal Mail website to follow your parcel in real time.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Orders can be cancelled or changed before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled; however, eligible items can be returned in line with our returns policy. The customer is responsible for return postage and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once dispatched, Royal Mail cannot redirect parcels. If the address doesn't exist, the parcel will be returned to us and the customer will need to cover the cost of a new postage label for redelivery.

How do I change my shipping address at checkout?

You can update your shipping address during checkout before completing payment. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes, so please double-check your address before finalising your order.

Will my items arrive in one package?

In most cases, yes — all items ship together. During busy periods or if items are held in separate fulfilment locations, we may occasionally send multiple parcels. You'll always be notified if your order is split.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. This ensures all products comply with local regulations and that orders arrive quickly and securely.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. All products include 20% VAT as required by UK law. Prices shown on the website are fully inclusive of VAT.

What is your returns policy?

I received the wrong item — what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the item received along with your dispatch note (included in your parcel) to [email protected]. Once verified, we'll arrange the correct item promptly in line with our returns policy.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Take clear photographs of the damage before opening the packaging. Keep all packaging and contact us with the images and your order number. We'll work with Royal Mail to file a claim and resolve the issue efficiently.

Will you store my credit card information?

No. We never store or have access to your payment details. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways that comply with PCI DSS standards.

How do I create an account?

Visit the My Account page and register with a valid email address. Once registered, you can view past orders, track deliveries, and manage your saved details with ease.

How do I get customer support?
