Up to 3 working days from dispatch. Fully tracked with SMS and email updates.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Up to 5 working days from dispatch. Fully tracked with delivery notifications.
Free Delivery (£50+ spend)
Up to 5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Automatically applied at checkout.
Promotional Free Delivery
Available with promotional codes. Up to 3–5 working days depending on the offer applied.
When will my order be sent?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Place your order before 12pm noon for same-day dispatch.
Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri)
Orders placed before 12pm noon on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Order after 12pm (Mon–Fri)
Orders placed after 12pm noon are dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed Friday after 12pm
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Weekends & Bank Holidays
We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days are processed the next working day.

Order Notes
Delivery requests made in the checkout order notes cannot be relayed to delivery drivers. The order notes field is for order-specific information only — please do not use it to leave delivery instructions.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 10 working days of dispatch. We are unable to investigate or replace missing orders reported after 10 working days.
