Here are the various delivery services we use to get your Vape orders straight to your door.
We operate a SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3:00pm Friday are shipped out on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
All orders to the UK mainland are sent by either Royal Mail.
The various delivery options and prices available at check-out are:
Royal Mail 1st Class
Usually next day but not guaranteed, please allow 3 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.
£2.95 for large letter orders under £20
£4.95 for small parcel orders under £20
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Usually two working days but allow up to 7 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.
£1.49 for large letter orders under £20
£2.89 for small parcel orders under £20
FREE on orders over £20
Royal Mail Special Delivery before 2pm
Usually next day before 2pm but not guaranteed, please allow 3 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.
£8.50 for large letter orders

For guaranteed delivery on Saturday, the order must be completed before 3:00pm on Friday and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 2pm Saturday chosen.
Orders placed after the 3:00pm cut off will be processed on the following Monday, (excluding bank holidays when they will be processed on Tuesday)
We do not offer delivery for Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Orders to Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.
Occasionally we may upgrade orders to the MyHermes and this will be noted in your order fulfilled notification email.
Notes made at the checkout concerning delivery requests can’t be relayed and won’t be seen by the delivery drivers. This order notes facility is just to let us know of anything specific to do with your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time frame shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries notified to us after 10 working days.
