Here are the various delivery services we use to get your Vape orders straight to your door.
We aim operate a same day dispatch service on all orders placed before 12:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 Friday are shipped out on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Due to Covid-19 we are working as safely as possible. We are working in the government guidelines to ensure our staff and customer are safe from this virus. We aim to dispatch all parcels the same day, however with limited post office hours we are expecting delays from the post office. Therefore if all orders are place before 2pm Monday to Friday we will aim to have them with the post office the same day however we are expecting delays.
All orders to the UK mainland are sent by Royal Mail.

Usually next day but not guaranteed, please allow 3 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.

Royal Mail 2nd Class Sign For (Tracked)
Usually two working days but allow up to 7 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm
Usually next day before 1pm but not guaranteed, please allow 3 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.

Free Delivery | slow dispatch time (tracked)
This option is available when you spend over £30+. Dispatching time will be around 1/3 working days, postage time will take upto 7 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the item to arrive. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.

For guaranteed delivery on Saturday, the order must be completed before 12:00 on Friday and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm Saturday chosen.
Orders placed after the 12:00 cut off will be processed on the following Monday, (excluding bank holidays when they will be processed on Tuesday)
We do not offer delivery for Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Orders to Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.
Occasionally we may upgrade orders to the MyHermes and this will be noted in your order fulfilled notification email.
Notes made at the checkout concerning delivery requests can’t be relayed and won’t be seen by the delivery drivers. This order notes facility is just to let us know of anything specific to do with your order.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified time frame shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries notified to us after 10 working days.
